We use your address to match you with pre-qualified buyers in our network and to send your property details to our lending partner Vontive for underwriting preparation. We use your phone number and email address solely to send you the SMS and email communications you requested from Rendezvous — offer notifications, deal-room links, transactional alerts, and platform updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data
Your phone number and SMS consent are treated with the highest level of protection. We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your phone number with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances, including for the purpose of sending you marketing or promotional messages from anyone other than Rendezvous Platform, Inc. The only entities that receive your phone number are (a) Rendezvous Platform, Inc. and (b) our SMS delivery provider (Twilio Inc.) acting strictly as a service provider to transmit messages on our behalf.
