Rendezvous Platform, Inc. (“Rendezvous,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a property marketplace that connects homeowners (“Sellers”) directly with pre-qualified buyers (“Buyers”). Rendezvous is not a licensed real estate broker, does not represent either party in any transaction, does not hold or manage funds, does not draft or execute purchase contracts, and does not earn a commission or fee from any sale. All transactions are completed directly between Buyer and Seller.

By submitting a property address, creating a buyer account, or otherwise using Rendezvous, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Seller Obligations
By submitting a property address, you represent that you are the legal owner of the property or have written authority to initiate a sale on the owner’s behalf. You agree to provide accurate information and to engage with Buyers in good faith. Submitting false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.

4. No Guaranteed Sale
Submitting your address does not guarantee that you will receive any offer, or that any offer received will be acceptable. Rendezvous makes no representations about the number, quality, price, or terms of offers you may receive.

5. Buyer NDA & Conduct
All Buyers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) before receiving Seller contact information or property details. The NDA prohibits Buyers from sharing Seller information with any third party. Rendezvous is not liable for any breach of the NDA by a Buyer. Buyers agree not to contact Sellers outside the platform without the Seller’s express consent.
All Buyers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) before receiving Seller contact information or property details. The NDA prohibits Buyers from sharing Seller information with any third party. Rendezvous is not liable for any breach of the NDA by a Buyer. Buyers agree not to contact Sellers outside the platform without the Seller’s express consent.
6. Consent to Receive Communications (SMS, Email & Phone)
By providing your phone number and/or email address—whether as a Seller submitting a property address or as a Buyer joining the network—you expressly consent to receive communications from Rendezvous Platform, Inc. related to the services you requested, including but not limited to:

- Transactional messages: offer notifications, property updates, NDA confirmations, claim links, and account alerts.
- Marketing and promotional messages: new property alerts, buyer network updates, platform announcements, and outreach campaigns.
These communications may be sent via SMS/text message, email, or phone call. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and matching criteria.
SMS Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in by replying START or by re-submitting your information on the platform.
Email Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails related to active offers or account activity may still be sent.

By providing your phone number, you give Rendezvous Platform, Inc. prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws to contact you at the phone number provided using automated technology, including autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial voice calls, and SMS text messages, for marketing, informational, and transactional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any service. You certify that the phone number provided is your own and that you are authorized to grant this consent.

All marketing emails sent by Rendezvous comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Each email includes: (a) a clear identification of Rendezvous as the sender, (b) a valid physical mailing address, (c) an honest subject line, and (d) a working unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.

We collect the information you provide (name, email, phone number, property address, preferred cities/zip codes) solely to operate the platform, match Buyers with Sellers, and send you the communications described in Section 6. 10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized data scraping. Rendezvous reserves the right to terminate any account engaging in prohibited conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability
Rendezvous is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rendezvous’s total liability shall not exceed $100. You agree to hold harmless Rendezvous Platform, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
